FREIGHT DAMAGE or MISSING ITEMS
ALL FREIGHT DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS CLAIMS MUST BE MADE BY SUBITTING A SUPPORT TICKET

1) All items must be accepted in person at time of delivery and signed for by a person over the age of 18 years old.
2) If there is a missing item from your order. ShopRTACabinets must be notified within 7 days. Include your order number and the items you are missing in your support ticket.
3) If the cartons are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. Claims will not be accepted unless damages are noted on the shipping receipt.
4) ShopRTACabinets will only replace damaged or missing pieces of a cabinet order, not the entire cabinet.
5) If missing items or concealed damaged is discovered after the receipt of the merchandise, SHOPRTACABINETS.COM must be notified within 7 days to enable us to replace parts,send out missing items or the damaged product at no cost to you. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. to report any type of problem you encounter, and our customer-service team will assist you in resolving the problem.
6) If SHOPRTACABINETS.COM is notified after 7 days that items are damaged or missing, SHOPRTACABINETS.COM will not honor claims past this point in time.
